Medical Approval Officer

Job Description

• The main duty of a Medical Approval Officer is to respond to online requests and inquiries from our services providers ( Hospitals – Clinics – Pharmacies ) by following standard scripts and procedures
• He is also responsible for giving online approvals to our providers for eligible services.
• The incumbent is also responsible to ensure that all cases are answered within predetermined timescales and are dealt with the highest standards of customer service.
• The Doctor will also document details of messages and conversation and actions taken, in order to make further follow-ups and corrective action as required.

• Must be graduated from Faculty of Medicine
• Must be working in full awareness of this field ( Medical Insurance ) 
• Finished practice (ألامتياز)‎ and mandatory service period ( فترة التكليف  )
• Experience is an advantage point
• Ready to sign a contract for at least one year for a full time 
• Completion or exemption from military service for male applicants
