Description:	To ensure the safe and efficient unloading of vessels in line with RSGT operating and performance standards. Accuracy counts in operator jobs. You must be able to concentrate and be precise in your work. RESPONSIBILITIES Undertake thorough checking of equipment before starting to work. (Includes spreader – flipper and other switches) Loading and unloading containers to/from trailers. Full knowledge in handling of spreader hoisting/lowering and appropriate use of flipper guide. To ensure that, the correct positioning of gantry and working bays To ensure that the crane is properly secured with ground anchorage after completion of operations. To communicate with assigned Tally/Hatch men for smooth vessel operations.
Qualifications:	Punctual on work timing Work to agreed on operating and performance standards Maintain safe working practices at all times To undertake other duties as needed and directed by the Team Leader Able to operate with 30Mph for achieving the target.
