Description:	To perform lashing, mooring, and coning activities in a team of 4 workers per Quay Crane during vessel operations. To also assist in the coordination and monitoring of the loading and unloading of containers to and from the vessel. To guide and position the terminal tractor when necessary. RESPONSIBILITIES Helping with activities related to the maintenance and operation of port equipment and the loading and unloading of vessels Performing assigned work in a timely and professional manner and according to instructions. Carrying out all work safely and in accordance with company and port rules and regulations. Carrying out any other duties or assignments as required from time to time by supervision or management. Be in proper position prior to the vessel’s arrival to tide rope and ensure the vessel is properly secured from any obstruction.
Qualifications:	Ensure the lashing bar and the related twist lock is in good condition to conduct the job. Communicate with concerned foremen to avoid further problems if required. Ensure all the lashing bars are properly engaged with the container before completion of the vessel. Prepare double up of containers as per operations requirement. Yard and wharf side painting and cleaning when assigned. Ensure those twist-lock using for vessels are in a safe position. Stuffing and un-stuffing of containers when assigned Any other works when assigned
