Description: Objectives:
Our client, an Integrated Facilities Management Services Provider is looking for a Business Unit Director to join their team in Riyadh. The main objective of this position is to lead the growth and the operation management of an integrated facilities management business unit.
Responsibilities:
  • In collaboration with the Business Development Director, support the growth of the Business Unit by bringing strong leads in the private and public sectors.
  • Participate in the commercial negotiations related to new business opportunities. 
  • Take the Lead in the mobilization of new projects.
  • Develop a team of strong operations professionals both in the hard and the soft parts of the business.
  •  Actively support the nationalization process of the company.
  • Introduce innovative ideas and technology driven processes in the Operational delivery to clients.
  • Efficiently manage the Profit and Loss of the Business Unit.
 
Qualifications:
  • Age: 40-50 years old.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • University graduate in Management or Engineering.
  • Excellent technical knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Previous successful experience in O&M or FM Industry in Saudi Arabia in Operations or Business Development.
  • Possess excellent computers skills and familiar with web search. 
  • Dynamic, extraverted, result oriented person.
  • Strong budgetary knowledge. 
  • Ø At ease with figures.
