| Description: | * To lead estimation efforts on tenders* Review Requests for Quote (RFQs) and tenders, prepare standard costing formats, initiate requests for quotes from the local market as required, estimate Bills of Quantity (if required)* Prepare pricing on RFQs and tenders received either from KOC, KNPC, or local contractors focused in the oil and gas field of construction (mainly piping and civil) as well as other facilities/services* Coordinate with Operations if required for technical support in estimation efforts* Coordinate with the Procurement / Supply Chain team to find appropriate sub- vendors / suppliers and gather quotes as required* Prepare bids ensuring full compliance to the tender/RFQs |
