Senior Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Document User Stories based on business requirements for our suite of products
• Utilize product documentation and collaboration tools such Confluence, JIRA, and Miro to prototype and document new features along with the UI/UX design team.
• Represent the “voice of the customer” in collaboration with the business team and ensure a common understanding of the business’ vision and gathering the right requirements from your meetings
• Create, maintain and own the product road map, and grooming queue, in order to shape the vision of the product based on customer needs and requirements.
• Maintain a prioritized product backlog based on User Story Maps and User stories
• Continually practice agile scrum best practices
• Constantly refine our agile methodology based on results and feedback from the team & business demand
• Collaborate with the UX team to ensure UX design aligns completely with documented product requirements
• Analyzing end users’ preferences and requests
• Turn ideas into valuable outcomes and deliverables
• Participate in team meetings to follow the progress and ensure deliverables meets the desired outcomes
• Develop relationships and collaborate with team members from across the product and business teams, ensuring shared understanding and expectations of the user needs, drivers, and challenges
• Explore new opportunities and ideas to help understand the value proposition, scope of work, and feasibility to implement

• At least 2 years of experience as a product owner
• Experience working within an agile and dynamic environment and with cross-functional teams.
• Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
• Excellent understanding of applications analysis & design principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of the web development life cycle and programming techniques.
• Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
