Description:
  • Building consistent communication channel between merchants & AMAN
  • Investigating Churn Merchants problems and challenges 
  • Preparing User stories / Features to solve Merchants pains 
  • Working closely with technology team and following up on deliverables 
  • Reporting Tele-sales team KPIs and Objectives to the product director on monthly basis
  • Reporting Merchant Funnels number on monthly basis to the product director
  • Managing Onboarding & Churn tele sales team
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Engineering or any relevant field 
  • Professional Microsoft office kit “ Excel, Power point, Word”
  • Experience in Digital Platforms Advertising (Facebook , Google)
  • Excellent user of Google Analytics 
  • Knowledge of Customer Engagement tools (Mix panel, Webengage, Clevertap, etc..) is Preferred
  • Experience in Fintech is preferred
  • Experience in intensive Growth environment is highly recommended 
  • 2-4 Years of experience in Product marketing position
