Description:	The Field Researcher reports to the team leader. He/she is responsible for conducting primary research and collecting data via face-to-face interviews, telephonic interviews, or desk research. He/she needs to liaise closely with the team leader, follow all instructions, guidelines, and sampling techniques provided by the team leader during the research brief to ensure consistency in the quality of data being collected. Responsibilities: Conducting telephonic Interviews for CSI and various research studies Data collection, editing, coding, transcribing, and data entry Understanding the various types of research and the methodologies that complement these types of studies Conducting Exit Interviews at various Alghanim Industries’ facilities Conducting Face to Face Interviews with Alghanim Industries’ customers Conducting Desk Research on various businesses and areas of studies Data entry of conducted surveys Questionnaires’ translation and formatting Field visits to Alghanim and Competitors’ outlets
Qualifications:	College or university graduate is preferred Bilingual (English / Arabic) is a must Great communication skills (verbal / written) People oriented, able to adjust quickly to changing situations Excellent team player
