Description: Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Implement the Talent Management Function’s policies and procedures and comply with KH other policies.
  • Implement a TNA (Training Need Analysis) and identify the area where there is a necessity for development and learning as well as ensure compliance with KH Internal Policies.
  • keep up to date with all relevant guidance and practice requirements of Kuwait MOH
  • Ensure that all training and advice is evidence based and that it reflects the Safe Operating Procedures, policies and with MOH guidelines available to underpin clinical practice, where appropriate.
  • Support Clinical and Corporate Leadership Teams in developing their teams and building positive organizational culture.
  • Ensure that training and development plans are cost efficient, effective and satisfy
  • Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, instructors, and customer representatives.
  • To design and deliver training/facilitation through a variety of innovative delivery methods including classroom instruction, workshop facilitation, action learning set facilitation, coaching, simulation, and multimedia technology-based education.
  • To deliver interactive and experiential learning experiences both face to face and through virtual delivery.
  • Monitoring and measuring the impact of the interventions being delivered, presenting findings back to the Senior leadership team.
  • Develops unique training programs to fulfill employees specific needs to maintain or improve job skills.
  • To contribute to relevant projects in relation to the development of the Kuwait Hospitals organizational objectives as required/ appropriate
  • Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
  • Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
  • Assesses training materials prepared by instructors.
  • Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
  • Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
  • Prepares and implements training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge and application of a wide variety of training methodologies and approaches
  • Highly experienced in facilitation and learning and development
  • Can demonstrate creative responses to L&OD needs
  • Able to create programmed of work related to organizational strategy
  • Can conduct training needs analysis in wide range of contexts
  • Evidence of skill in ‘Train the Trainer’
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Up to date knowledge of accreditation and quality assurance processes like JCI, Canada Accreditation
  • Adept with a Technology, variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.
Education:Bachelor's degree / higher diploma
