Description:
  • Coordinate the whole HR project starting from the project plan until the end deliverable to ensure meeting clients’ requirements.
  • Review the HR Policies and Procedures of ENGAGE clients to ensure compliance with labor law.
  • Interview jobholders and managers to get information about jobs to complete job descriptions by agreed deadlines.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys to identify areas of employee satisfaction and dissatisfaction and provide clients with suitable solutions.
  • Assist managers with setting performance objectives, key performance indicators and giving feedback to staff to ensure alignment of staff performance with the organization’s objectives.
  • Participate in assessment centers and evaluate employees to provide the client with insights about succession planning.
  • Design grading systems and benefit schemes for clients to maintain their competitiveness in the market and decrease turnover rates.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree.
  • 6 – 8 Years of experience.
  • Very good English.
  • Problem-solving & analytical mindset.
  • Interest in starting your HR Consultancy career.
Salary:8000 to 11000
