Description:	Design learning experiences synchronous and asynchronous including activities, case studies, facilitation manual, learner guide/handbook, lesson plan, etc.. Responsible for the content design and development of classroom, virtual programs Develop assessment and assignment to evaluate the effectiveness of instruction or training Communicate with SMEs to get the content in their area of expertise Work closely with subject matter experts to design and develop learning programs State instructional end goals and create content that matches them Design gamified learning experience for ILT training Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product Research and evaluate emerging instructional technologies or methods Observe and provide feedback on instructional techniques, presentation methods, or instructional aids Managing instructional design projects Research and evaluate emerging instructional technologies or methods Maintain project documentation and course folders Work effectively with colleagues to create compelling and engaging deliverables
Qualifications:	Bachelor’s degree from Commerce or related field Work experience not less than 4 years as an Instructional designer Experience in training is a plus Financial background is a plus Excellent command of English language
Experience:	3 – 5
Salary:	10,000 – 15,000 EGP
