Description:	JOB PURPOSETo supervise cash van sales Representatives to ensure that Halwani customers receive excellent, timely service and that products are effectively merchandised in all of displayed outlets within a specified geographical location. Responsibilities Supervise cash van sales rep. to ensure that they are providing consistent, excellent, timely service to our clients in a timely manner. Plan, organize, direct and control cash van sales staff to meet sales, and collection objectives. Build positive relationship with our clients to increase distribution points, execute market- wide and targeted promotional activities, improve customer relations, and problem resolution. Ensure that all Halwani products are sold into all accounts, as appropriate, and that pricing strategies, including promotional pricing, are implemented accurately to achieve sales targets. Fill in for route cash van sales representatives as needed to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality service to Halwani’s supermarket accounts. Maintain inventory control to make sure that all available products are displayed correctly. Involve in customer follow up to look for trends that indicate where additional assistance might be needed. Constructively supervise all customer complaints to increase customer satisfaction in his area. Conduct sales meetings, prepare sales reports on regular basis to keep his sales force updated and encourage them for greater achievements. Demonstrate required behaviors and attitude in selling process whenever is needed to achieve sales targets, and increase the proficiency level of his staff. Perform any additional assignment related to his job scope. Coordinate with the branch manager/ regional sales manager / branch supervisors in all aspects related to cash van sales rep, customers, and collection percentage and deliver the required reports to ensure smooth operation.
Qualifications:	Driving License Bachelor’s degree 2 – 5 years sales experience in cash van Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
