Job Title:Subcontract Procurement Engineer

Description:
  • Implement Procurement strategies to deliver duties with the best practices.
  • Set plan for all procurement requests to specify the priorities and possible subcontractors.
  • updating and feeding subcontractors vendor list.
  • Short list for selected subcontractors in market. (based on subcontractor’s vendor list – project vendor list).
  • Following EUC subcontracting process steps for project package (ITT – financial and commercial comp, – confirming budget based on package scope of work – placing subcontract with all related package documents).
  • Responsible for appropriate subcontractor selection /bidding processes.
  • Project package minimum achieved saving 10%.
  • Advance payment following up.
  • Coordinate with concerned departments to assure subcontract kick off
  • Responsible of the implementation of the HSE procedures on his area.

 

 

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor of Civil Engineering
  • 2: 4 years of Experience
  •  Proficient in Microsoft office, Proficient in AutoCAD and Good knowledge in Revit, 

 

Salary:600 to 8000
