Description:	Participate in revising and improving internal financial accounting process and financial management system Daily tax production, check with the accounting firm the monthly tax payable Carry out annual tax planning, provide tax advice and provide tax guidance for the company to reasonably avoid tax under the premise of legal compliance. Final settlement of the company’s annual, quarterly and monthly taxes Lead and coordinate internal & external audit, and ensure strong internal controls environment. Work closely with the financial accounting team members to ensure proper communication, knowledge sharing, Training and Development actions are taken to maintain a strong finance team.
Qualifications:	5+ years of experience in finance / accounting /tax field Experienced in Real-estate Professional qualification required; CMA/CPA, ACCA&CA,etc. Familiar with local accounting regulations and tax laws Good English language Demonstrates ability to understand big pictures, present financial risks and opportunities of complex business situations to Business and functional leaders. Communicates clearly and effectively using written and verbal skills to influence, negotiate and collaborate
