Junior Accountant

We are looking for a talented and qualified general accountant for our dental center. Day to day activities will include the following: 
 

• Ensure all accounts receivable transactions have been done correctly without delay or irregularities
• Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
• Follow up on, collect and allocate payments
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc.
• Process credit card payments.
• Prepare bank deposits.
• Process adjustments.
• Assist with shift-end closing.
• Assist with month-end closing.
• Prepare weekly & monthly reports.

• Bs in Accounting, with a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
• Very good knowledge of English
• Working times will either be Morning Shift from 10 AM-4 PM or night Shift from 4 AM-10 PM
• Knowledge & application of financial statements (financial planning is a plus)
• Medical background in accounting / Customer service experience is a plus
• Residents of 6th October and Sheikh Zayed or nearby areas only will be considered
