Description:	Plan, implement and maintain the overall Foundry organization through subordinate managers. Delegate responsibilities, establish standards for product quality, staff and production processes and schedule personnel and activities to manufacture company products to meet customer requirements, growth and earnings objective. Formulate and implement manufacturing and quality assurance, policies, programs, methods, procedures and operating plans consistent with corporate objectives. Consult/recommend and direct activities and responsibilities to develop, introduce and launch new products into production. Develop, establish and execute plans, reporting methods and procedures designed to ensure that manufacturing facilities are operating efficiently. Monitor plant activities, troubleshoot and resolve unusual problems related to equipment, tooling, material and product designs to ensure planned production and product quality standards are maintained. Consult on and approve the preparation of specifications for purchase of plant equipment required to meet production objectives. Approve the effectiveness and acceptability of plant equipment prior to installation.
Qualifications:	Bachelor of Engineering “Metallurgical” 10+ years of leadership experience in a Foundry environment (المسبوكات) خبره في إنتاج المعادن التالية الحديد بجميع سبائكة النحاس بجميع سبائكة الألومنيوم بجميع سبائكة
