Senior Property Consultant

Real Estate Consultant experienced in Resale or Primary. (Or both)

• Property buyers/sellers lead generation through journals, real estate portals, referrals, and any other means to generate leads.
• Visit properties/projects to assess them before showings.
• Coordinate appointments to show properties to prospective buyers.
• Accompany buyers during visits and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes/properties they are visiting.
• Making calls to generate leads/inventory.
• Provide guidance and assist leads in marketing and purchasing property for the right price.
• Determine the client’s needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Prepare reports to his team leader.
• Maintain and update listings of available properties , projects and job requirements .
• Work on CRM
• Working hours From 10 Am to 6 PM.

– Minimum 3 years experience in Real Estate 

• Experienced in Cold Calls 
• Social Media ADs
• Resale or Primary (or both)

– Fluent English

– Excellent presentational skills

– Excellent computer skills

– Lives in/within the vicinity

 of New Cairo

– Must own a car
