Description:	Our global retail client is seeking an Equipment Manager for their Riyadh operations. You will control, coordinate and manage the performance and cost of kitchen equipment, contracts, operating and maintenance programs. Support the development and lead the deployment of equipment programs that increase the quality, service, performance, and value of the equipment used in their restaurants. Manage and maintain store equipment to ensure safe and effective operation without lost time due to equipment failure Implement equipment upgrades and new alerts. Contribute to the store design and development programs, participate in kitchen design and selection of equipment through procurement of new and existing restaurants. Manage all aspects of equipment service networks performance and costs Participate in major project initiatives, and monitor the performance of equipment to ensure that it meets the system needs with respect to performance, safety, quality, capacity, system fit, and costs. Maintain current and accurate costing records by site or project and communicate as required Implement and manage market-wide preventative maintenance and other programs to optimize equipment performance and operating costs, in cooperation with the operations team. Perform equipment handover documents upon store opening with operations. Perform equipment capacity tools in new and existing stores as needed. Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign, train, and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow of Equipment coordinators Plan, manage and review the individual performance of coordinators and provide them with regular feedback, development, and training opportunities to help them develop and improve their skills
Qualifications:	Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Electrical or Mechanical Engineering 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar role with at least 2 to 3 years experience in a Store Managerial role Management Skills Analytical Skills Problem Solving Skills Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
