Description:	Analyzing complex financial reports and records Making recommendations based on analysis and status of reserves, assets and expenditures Reviewing journal entries of junior accountants to ensure accuracy Training and mentoring junior staff Performing variance analyses and preparing account reconciliations Assisting with financial and tax audits Validation of supplier invoices and park them for posting Reviewing and posting vendor invoices to process payments Performing periodic vendor reconciliation and record pending invoices Following for good receipt status & finalize vendor-approved invoices Following for vendor down payments status Coordinating more complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and finance team or with other departments
Qualifications:	Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (or equivalent business experience) Highly self-motivated and demonstrated ability to grow into additional complexity and responsibility Comfortable in a fast-paced, high volume, technical environment with experience developing new and bettering existing processes; prior experience in a start-up environment preferred E-Commerce experience is a big plus
