Description:
  • Install new hardware and software.
  • Setting up accounts for company employees with passwords and permissions.
  • Monitoring a company’s systems with security the prime objective.
  • Fixing network faults.
  • Handling production lines and printers.
  • Coming up with IT solutions to fix a company’s problems.
  • Ensuring staff is properly trained on new systems.
Qualifications:
  • Preferable to be CCNA, CCNP, MCSE certified.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
  • Extensive knowledge of computer hardware systems.
  • Familiarity with general OS systems, Enterprise and Office software.
  • Knowledge of LAN and wireless networks.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.
  • Knowledge of database and networking security systems.
