Customer Advisor

Ensure an exceptional customer experience for our customers by swiftly and accurately responding to and resolving all customer requests and queries. 

Our team is expanding and we are looking to add customer-focused advisors to our team and we will provide you full and comprehensive training and ongoing coaching.

This is a diverse and skilled customer-facing role where you will be responsible for resolving all customer queries to the customer’s complete satisfaction without the need to refer the customer on. 

You will be a customer service champion, putting the customer at the center of everything you do.

• Representing the company’s product and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding of the customers’ needs and identifying the best product or service.
• Make outbound calls with clients to follow up on service delivery
• Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and providing solutions
• Maintaining Customer Satisfaction.
• Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics.
• Creating new leads and converting them into sales.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals/targets

• Bachelor’s Degree is a MUST
• Previous work experience as a customer service/ advisor/ support
• Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships is a PLUS
• Previous experience in selling over the phone and closing deals is a PLUS
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
