Description:	Initiate an Evaluation of an opportunity to complete for a contract through production of Bid. Responsible for Managing Bids in response to request for proposal from customers. Coordinate all internal parties involved in the Bid process to ensure everyone is aware of the level of contribution expected of them and knows when their deadlines are. Ensure smooth running of the bid for opportunities within the correct time and financial parameters. Ensure compliance with customer requirements and highlighting company value preposition. Reflecting company services and abilities within proposal Responsible for submitting and completing the bid to existing and prospective clients. Responsible for preparing the documentation and presentations. Ensure all Bids documentation is clear and accurate Ensure all the standard documents are delivered with the proposal. Act as sales Coordinator and responsible for preparing and submitting all documents.
Qualifications:	A Bachelor Degree from relevant University.  Engineering/ Technical back ground  Background is preferred.  Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field Good team player with the ability to work very effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented manner with other teams.  Must be cooperative with good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Good written and oral communication skills. Fluent in English both spoken and written.
