Description:	Lead Microsoft Dynamics projects which include Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP or other related company projects. Provide updates or adjustments to the Project Plan when necessary to ensure the project continues to meet the Key Deliverables defined at the start of the Project. Review MS Projects plan for all opened projects. Provide professional training for all projects team sector Oversee the work of associates assigned to the project team for specific task assignments. To ensure each project is implemented successfully. Initiate and maintain communications internally with the project team or externally with the customers. Maintain positive relationships with all customers and assist them with issues or concerns. Work hand-in-hand with top management to plan delivery strategy and the sector goals. Assign the project team members for each new project. Have contact with the managers of other teams (Management, PS & Sales) to know the information transferred to the customer. Keep the Operation manager up to date with daily work resolution and the whole project situation. Conduct comprehensive cost/benefit analysis to prepare business cases for projects. Act as the single point of contact to all open projects. Preparing all documents related to project SOW, Change Request, Sign off, status report…etc. Evaluate deliverables prepared by the team to make sure the work meets requirements and maintains a high level of quality
Qualifications:	Strong skills in project management, the associated principles, and tools. Strong knowledge of current technologies and Microsoft Dynamics business applications. A good understanding of products business knowhow. Flexible and adaptable approach to customer needs. Be able to work under pressure, multi-task and has the ability of prioritization to ensure that all tasks are completed to the relevant business processes. Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Products especially MS Project Server, Project online & presentation tools. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Other Microsoft CRM versions) Experience is a must. Minimum 5 – 7 seven years’ experience in project management. Educated to a university degree level in a computer related system, with a demonstrated strong computer background, networks, and technical ability. Preferably PMP Certified and SureStep Certified Mandatory. Fluent English. Strong oral and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong Leadership and initiative skills
