Help Desk and System Admin Engineer Job Vacancy in the American International School in El sheikh Zayed

Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of Operational Center network equipment and creating a daily checklist report
• Resolving all network and OS technical support tickets received from the staff
• Resolving all network support tickets received from staff
• Reviewing and updating Operational Center network equipment configuration (including design and configuration documentation).
• Work as part of a team and provide support any time when required

Job Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing both in English and Arabic
• B.Sc. in Faculty of Engineering or Computer Sciences or equivalent
• Preference to who is Worked in any international Schools.
• Ability to work harmoniously as a member of a team
• Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) is a must
• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Association) is a plus
• Must be familiar with integrating Apple devices in a Windows environment
• Familiarity of Apple OSX
• Knowledge of Mobile Device Management solutions is a plus
• Work experience in network designs, network management integration and Gigabit related switching technologies.
• Knowledge to component level such as working with Routers, Switches, structured cabling equipment and related circuitry.
• Solid understanding and using PowerShell command with active directory and office 365
• Demonstrated experience working with Active Directory (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO,……………….., etc.), Office 365 administration and G-Suite administration.
• Solid understanding of PCT/IP protocols
• Knowledge of Web infrastructure
• Demonstrated experience with network designs, network management integration and Gigabit related switching technologies.
• New Software and hardware installation, maintenance, and upgrading skills.
• Professional experience with enterprise backup solutions (Backup EXEC).
• Ability to manage virus protection software (Kaspersky).
• Concept of Firewall and other Internet filtering technologies (appliance or cloud-based).
• Experience with Fortigate Firewall and other Fire Wall technologies is a plus
• Proven troubleshooting experience for MS applications.
• Be a strong leader in planning and maintaining Infrastructure and Network operations in a school
• Knowledge to component level such as working with Routers, Switches, structured cabling equipment and related circuitry.

• Experience: Min 3 years
• Age: between 25 and 32
• First language Arabic, Degree Mother Tongue
• Second language English, Degree Excellent
