Network & Security Supervisor

• Provide leadership and expertise for the network infrastructure.
• Supervise and lead Network & Security Engineers Support.
• Administration and installations/upgrades of network hardware and software Support.
• Administration and installations of firewall hardware and software.
• Troubleshooting network and firewall problems.
• Contacting and dealing with external suppliers (e.g. working with network consultants).
• Updating documentation.
• Undertake a role in network-related IT projects.

Experience 

• VPN Ip Sec. Tunnels Configuration & Administration.
• Voice over Internet Protocol (IP)
• IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Change Management
• Firewall Configuration & Administration.
• WLAN Configuration & Administration.
• Data Switches Configuration & Administration.
• Inter VLAN routing.
• Microwave Management & Troubleshooting.

Qualification 

• Cisco- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
• FortiGate & SonicWall firewalls.
• Ethical Hacking.
• IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) (Is a Plus).

Person specification key

• Data network switches – hands-on skills. 
• An industry-recognized network qualification e.g. Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP). 
• Hands-on experience of Virtual Private Networks (VPN).
• Experience of wireless Local Area Networks (WLAN).
• FortiGate firewall hands-on skills and knowledge.
• Willingness to learn new skills, as appropriate.
• Knowledge and hand on experience with Cisco Security products (e.g., DNA & ISE).
• Hand on experience with Cisco VOIP services (e.g., Jabber, WebEx). 
• Hand on experience with different tools of network monitoring (e.g., PRTG).
