Description:
  • responsible for testing internally developed products/services and ready made solutions.
     
  •  Test all the aspects of the product/service and make reports regarding all the changes that are required to save the company from launching faulty products/services.
     
  •  Testing products/services is essential procedure that affect the reputation of the company.
     
  •  Understands the scope of projects, works with software developers, project support teams and vendors to identify business/technical requirements to writes and executes test scripts.
     
  •  Provides mentoring, training and technical guidance to junior developers and assists in training other programming or support team members in a cooperative and effective manner Automation experience is an added plus.
     
  •  Responsible for stress testing, performance testing, functional testing and scalability testing to make sure that the system is capable to accommodate load of transactions.
     
  •  Identifies bottlenecks in existing work-flows and provides solutions for a scalable, defect-free application.
     
  •  Runs manual and automated tests.
     
  •  Tests in different environments including different services platforms.
     
  •  Review documentation and writes bug reports, assure quality and give feedback to all project stakeholder to take corrective actions if any.
     
  •  Addresses system defects and implements enhancements to existing functionality. 
     
  •  Complies with Company policy and practices relating to the System Development Life Cycle. 
     
  •  Works with Delivery team to suggest testing tools, new methodologies.
Qualifications:
  •  Ex. Fintech company
     
  •  Preferred certificated ISTQB “International Software Testing Qualifications Board”
     
  •  2-3 years of experience as Testing Engineer
     
  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, and Computer Science Engineering is preferred.
     
  •  Passionate about technology.
     
  •  Excellent communication skills.
     
  •  Experience with manual testing.
     
  •  Experience with software development lifecycle, testing methodologies and quality control.
     
  •  Experience in testing web applications and API.
