Description:	Assisting clients to make sound property purchasing decisions. Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold calling ,advertising , and assigned leads. Advise clients on market conditions, prices ,legal ,requirements and related matters.  Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are buying Managing the sales process for new properties, from initial contact all the way through to closure. Dealing with customer inquiries face to face, over the phone or via email and social media  Generating new sales leads. Able to achieve agreed sales target
Qualifications:	Bachelor degree  Good command of English language  Good computer skills  Excellent presentation skills  Enthusiastic, proactive and fast learner  Able to achieve sales targets . must own a car
