| Qualifications: | •Employee benefits managers must possess good oral and written communication skills in order to draft recommendations for senior management and explain benefits packages to employees. •Basic computer skills and familiarity with word processors and spreadsheets are also important. •Employee benefits managers should possess strong analytical skills and some knowledge of statistical analysis. •Up-to-date knowledge of relevant federal and state regulations and legislation is required, while knowledge of international benefits trends may be helpful in some cases. •BSc in Human Resources Management. •+ 5 years Experience in a similar role |
