Description:

Treasury  

  • Issue the petty cash & following up on the pending settlements to ensure no cash surplus/ shortage
  • Prepare payment requests requested from IAC Holdings- Admin team
  • Ensure collecting full set of supporting documents on timely basis with no delay
  • Ensure cash release from safe after revising updated authority matrix
  • Ensure sufficient balances are available to fulfil OPS & Admin needs arising payments requested from admin. Dept.

Invoices

  • Issue Outward THC Liner invoices & its compliance with our Tariff
  • Follow up on Liner THC invoices collections.
  • Review Suppliers’ PO and/or invoice with the Contract and/or price list.
  • Follow up on Admin. & Ops. Invoices approvals in order to timely record it incase if Budgeted or not
  • Follow up on the missing invoices from admin. & Ops. Teams and make sure to collect them before month ending for accruals.

Collections 

  • Receive cash/deposits from clients and handle their requests & sending the cash and checks to the banks on daily basis
  • Receive payments from clients and issuing receipts in Suez office to deposit the payments in bank 
  • Follow up on the postdated checks & Physical cash balance confirmation with Books

Accounting & Book closing 

  • Submit Weekly Outward Customers Aging reports
  • Record depreciation, prepaid expenses monthly entries accurately (Fixed Assets & Prepaid Expenses Sheet)
  • Submit monthly Salaries entry
  • Maintain an organized Archiving & retrieving documents records & sheets
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 Years of recent experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and other functions 
  • 1-year experience in Shipping field is a plus 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in commerce
  • Additional certification in CMA
  • Excellent in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
  • Very familiar with Accounting ERPs
  •  Excellent command of English written & spoken
