Project Manager

Project managers will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing internal/external projects. They manage a team of Developers/ implementation specialists and ensure all of the stakeholders’ needs are met throughout the implementation process. This is a skilled position that requires extensive experience in a related field along with a high level of education. They report directly to COO and Product Director and work closely with client upper management.

Job Duties:

• Set the project timeline
• Assist in staffing the project team
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned to them
• Assess the Client’s Needs
• Manage Team of Implementation Specialists
• Manage Conflict Between Internal Teams and Client

 Skills: 

• Project management experience
• Implementation Exp is a Plus
• Team management
• Conflict management
• Time management
• Communication skills

Educational: 

• Computer science or Engineering.
• Project management certificate (preferred)
• +5 years of experience in project management
• English professional fluency

Work conditions: 

• 50% can Travel
