Telesales Agent

iSchool is offering a suite of online and offline programs for children ages 6 to 16 introducing them to science, technology, and engineering through a variety of workshops all aimed at developing problem-solving skills, Programs include after-school programs, evening classes, in-school field trips, workshops, and international competitions.

Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with new leads or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
• Contact and follow up with existing customers for renewing and upgrading
• Collect installment amount
• Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our service offering
• Address any questions or issues customers may have
• Keep an updated customer database
• Build strong relationships with customers to Assist the Sales B2b and find a new channel for sales
• Achieving sales target
• Handle complains to preserve the company’s reputation

Job Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience as Telesales Representative or similar sales role
• Proven record of the met target (google sheet, excel)
• Ability and willingness to learn about the specifications and benefits of our services
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Varying levels of computer proficiency  (Google sheet, Excel ) and good organizational skills
• background of trending technologies (Robotics, Programming, graphics) are preferred
• Outstanding negotiation skills, Communication skills, And Presentation Skills
• English fluency (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, information system business, or related field.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Having a passion for modern technology, Preferably practiced this kind of work before.
