Program Manager

1. Job Summary

Program Manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation and completion of the program in accordance with ITIDA, TIEC and MQR, and in alignment with the program’s goals, strategy and commitments.

2. Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading the communication and managing the relationship with different stakeholders.
• Study and develop business cases of the locations for better performance.
• Develop detailed project plan and tracking progress. 
• Prepare and manage the set budget with needed approval.
• Perform risk management with different scenarios to minimize project risks, manage the change in the project when necessary, and deliver the project on time within budget and scope.
• Supervise the locations and support them in achieving the set KPIs, and mentor and report on project progress.
• Record & report planned activities in compliance with program guidelines. 

• BA or Higher in Business Administration or any related field
• 3-5 years of experience in entrepreneurship programs or related fields.
• Strong Presentation, and communication skills. 
• General business, and team management knowledge.   
• Microsoft office/Google Knowledge.
