Description:	Making purchase orders for suppliers based on the annual import plan, taking into consideration any amendments or additions that may occur to the plan. Review invoices and technical support papers required for shipment in coordination with the import departments – Registration. Follow-up on all shipping steps for products in coordination with the Department of Import and record all information related to the shipment and provide direct director any amendments. Coordinate with the financial management daily and monthly to prepare payments for suppliers (local – international). Follow-up with the management of funds and banks regarding the payment of suppliers and provide them with accounts of new suppliers if necessary. Review the weekly sales report and the weekly inventory in coordination with the financial management with reference to the daily reports of the shipments received. Preparation of weekly and monthly reports on inventory sales and provide to the direct manager, accompanied by corrective plans and proposals to solve problems. Prepare a detailed report on the sale Stock (by governorate) for each individual supplier in coordination with the managers of the companies.
Qualifications:	Dubai – United Arab Emirates, Resident. Bachelor of Veterinary Science or Pharmaceutical science. Experience of at least 2 years in the areas of sales or marketing. Very good communication skills verbal and written. Proficiency in English – Computer skills – Time management.
