Performance Testing Lead

• Provide expertise in the planning, forecasting & managing delivery of the performance testing roadmap.
• Stakeholder Management in relation to Performance Testing
• Ability to co-ordinate & manage delivery tasks within a distributed team.
• Ability to liaise with multiple teams/vendors in resolving technical bottlenecks and resolve blockers.
• Understanding the non-functional requirements and performance KPIs.
• Basic knowledge on the Architectural overview.
• Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the teams overall test objectives. Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable
• Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-date

Performance Test tool Experience

• MF Loadrunner, Performance Centre, JMeter, Monitoring Tools (SiteScope, Truesight)
• Strong & clear communication, presentation & written skills
• Ability to foresee delivery risks and propose mitigation plans
• In-depth knowledge in LoadRunner with hands-on experience to custom code complex scenarios.
• Deep knowledge on deriving the workload model for load distribution.
