Description:	Following our marketing strategy & developing it as needed. Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns. Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences Devising and presenting ideas and strategies Promotional activities Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information Writing and proofreading creative copy Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics Organizing events and product exhibitions Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system Coordinating internal marketing and an organization’s culture Monitoring performance Managing campaigns on social media.
Qualifications:	Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline. A thorough understanding of contemporary trends in consumerism. Excellent research and writing skills, particularly as these apply to marketing. Strong leadership, delegation, and capacity development skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Respect for people and ideas. 2+ years relevant experience mainly in generating leads through marketing integrating programs across digital/social, events, direct mail. Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. Fluency in English Software Engineering industry background is a big Plus
