Description:	Set a schedule including all Accounting tasks and coordinate with the concerned parties. Monitor all Payables and receivables and ensure their validity. Follow up on the execution of the Department’s work plans and fix all schedule deviations. Ensure that all financial policies are being applied, concerning all aspects of cost. Ensure that each entry, regarding expenditures and Income, is done and accurate. Prepare all financial statements for the yearly closing. Prepare the budget Oversee all periodic and yearly inventories and their matching with the accounts balance. Lead, oversee, develop and motivate the team to achieve the department’s objectives Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end. Create and monitor an effective internal audit system. Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit. Ensure timely completion of the audit. Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements. Ensure compliance of all accounting processes to that of the organization’s goals.
Qualifications:	Minimum 10 to 15 years proven experience Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting Professional accounting qualification such as CMA, CPA is preferable Experience in a construction Engineering field is preferably Ability to direct and supervise Work accurately with close attention to detail and maintain the confidentiality of information Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software, and databases (e.g. SAP) Strong written and excellent communication skills Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
