Description:	Set a clear definition to chain pharmacies, set a clear classification (A, B etc.) according to a defined criteria. Set the operational plan to achieve communicated sales targets through the sales policy and according to company sales strategy to match to the previous classification. Cultivate partnering relationship with multi-chain pharmacies and manage their requirements in order to meet the highest customer satisfaction rate. Manage the coding process and follow products’ awarding procedures to get the products registered in multi-chains pharmacies’ system. Manage the annual contracting with multi-chains and modify terms according to company requirements such as products’ visibility, sales target, etc. by collaboration with sales, marketing and POS team Manage sales deals and customer requirements such as extra discounts, incentive rates, marketing activities, etc. according to chains’ potentiality and Marketing department recommendations to increase sales out. Gather and report product’s feedback in market to promotion department in order to follow up and improve products sales growth. Submit regular reports that analyze market competition and define new market updates and opportunities which assist the company to take proper strategic decisions. Submit regular reports analyzing selling in and out in order to ensure chains’ stock coverage and to define sales status for each product. Schedule and Perform regular field visits to manage stock coverage, place new orders and reallocate our products in all chain branches according to their potentiality. Follow up on delivery process by communicating new orders to schedule products’ distribution and delivery to chains. Set a clear plan for POS team (Restructuring, hiring plan, events management, target break down, products reallocation and any other POS team functions). Set a clear plan to infinity clinic pharma strategic products.
Qualifications:	Bachelor degree of medical major (Pharmacy – Veterinary – Science) Excellent command of English. Minimum 10 years of experience include at least 3 to 5 years working in the same field Experience in managing at least 1 big chain pharmacy account. This position is responsible for chain pharmacies all over Egypt.
