Job Title:	Stock & Cost controller Accountant

Description:	Analyze the products’ margin and check the abnormal margins. Review the monthly reconciliation of Lubricants Stock between Accpac balances and physical count to check the variances. Follow up with operations department to ensure that all variances are complied with the company’s agreements and standards Reconciliation of Fuels Stock through Review the Accpac balances and depots’ confirmation Follow up with different departments to ensure that all depots balances are zero then reconcile the stock cost of each depot to be zero except Cairo Airport JV depot to be as the JV depot confirmation Check the cost of stock items regularly to ensure that there are no abnormal costs and solve the cost issues timely, if any Preparing, review and analyze the sales margin Preparing monthly report for cost of sales. Review inventory monthly reconciliation for accounting book balance against physical count and make the necessary adjustment Allocation the overhead cost. Manage local inventory (stock) process Verify receipts and confirm purchase contents and orders are complete Monitors and maintains current inventory Stock levels Ensure that all production costs are properly taken in the cost of sales and inventory costs. Conduct Monthly Reports for Inventory ex. (Ending inventory, physical count, requested goods) Analyzing the clearing accounts through matching the receipts for all inventory items.
Qualifications:	Bachelor of commerce – Major Accounting. Knowledge in product costing / internal control requirements Computer / Analytical skills Knowledge in ERP especially in Sage 300 Advanced Microsoft especially in Excel Very good command in English
