Description:
  • Prepare consolidated budgeting, monthly dashboard analysis & monthly departmental performance.
  • Provide financial analysis and performance of budgeting reports.
  • Provide analysis for yearly budgets for TMG.
  • Develop, monitor & control budget forecast for TMG.
  • Assist in the consolidated budget & forecast.
  • Provide analysis for quarterly forecasts.
  • Support business simulation analysis & prepare “What If” analysis and scenarios.
  • Recommend solutions to serious deviations of performance against budget.
  • Review TMG monthly departmental performance.
Qualifications:
  • Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Excellent command of English.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate is an asset.
  • Exposure to an ERP system is a must (SAP preferred).
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and its applications.
  • Attention to detail and ability to cope with a fast-paced working environment.
