Description:	Oversees the plant operation ensuring efficiency while achieving production plans and cost optimization targets. Monitor operational KPIs and ensure realization of targets. Preparation of annual budget and forecasts and implementation of the same. Preparation of the three years investment plan associated and implementation of the same. Provide short and medium-term cost optimization plans and efficiency recovery for the company’s management.
Qualifications:	A bachelor’s degree in relevant chemist or engineering discipline, a postgraduate degree will be a plus. Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Cement industry, of which 5+ years’ experience in relevant managerial positions (a minimum 3 years as Production Management is a must). Proven experience in process optimization using alternative fuels and producing portfolio of cement products. Knowledge of organizational effectiveness, operations management, and cost optimization. Experience budgeting and forecasting Leadership ability
