Description:	Oversees the daily operation of the plant power generation from portfolio of electricity sources which include but not restricted to Diesel generators and Waste heat recovery system.  Ensures efficient operation of the power plant and maximize power generation installation’s capacity utilization. Prepare the annual power generation budget and contribute to the three years investment plan associated with power generation. Provides short and medium-term power generation cost optimization plans for the company’s management. Contributes to implementation of future power generation projects from renewable and alternative sources.
Qualifications:	Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline, postgraduate degree will be a plus. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Electrical power generation and optimization for industrial applications of which 3+ years’ experience in managerial position. Strong experience in power generation from a portfolio of energy sources including but not limited to diesel generators, waste heat recovery systems, and renewable energy sources.
