– Develop strategic plans for optimized  

-Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement

-Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas

Assisting the Chairman of the Board of Directors in implementing the company’s vision and leading its employees to achieve the highest productivity in line with the company’s policies and values.

• Assisting the Chairman and Managing Director in planning, implementing, directing and managing all functions within the scope of responsibilities in order to achieve the company’s strategic objectives efficiently and effectively.

• Assisting the Chairman and Managing Director in developing and formulating strategies and action plans in accordance with approved budgets, and measuring and following up on achievement and achievement rates.

• Representing the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Managing Director in all meetings, taking decisions and managing all departments in his absence.

• Review and analyze all data on pivotal issues to help take important decisions.

• Develop and submit monthly reports to the Chairman and Managing Director on the status of projects, plans and assets

• Presenting all the company’s activities related to new projects, tenders, financial commitments, asset purchases, appointments and evaluations of occupants of pivotal positions to the Chairman and Managing Director for decision.

• Follow up on all technical aspects of operations and activities in its departments.

Qualifications:
  • Engineering bachelor’s degree(civil – architecture)
  • More than 25 years of experience in the field of urban &Real Estate development Sector

Proven experience in a managerial role

Strong decision-making capabilities

Above-average communication, collaboration, and delegation skills

Proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans

Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable

Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
