| Description: | 1. Providing technical advice and guidance on installation, adaptation, configuration and/or enhancement of company technical products (Network Infrastructure products from vendors such as Panduit, Legrand, Estap, Mirsan, Rittal, Superior Tech, and Fluke Networks as well as low voltage products) 2. Going over BOQs and Specs to prepare quotations and tender submittals. 3. Providing support to sales team to solve technical issues. 4. Serving as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects 5.Providing end-user training on the company products (Passive network infrastructure and low voltage products) 6.Maintaining current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned Product Manager Training: 1. Maintaining close relationships with vendor (Panduit) and logistics team to ensure smooth running of operation. 2. Carrying out weekly call with vendor to go over status of projects in the pipeline and ask for support if needed. 3.Staying on top of projects in the pipeline and ensuring that the sales team get any support necessary to close certain deals. 4-Drafting up monthly and yearly POS reports to supply to vendor

| Qualifications: | 1. Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, Computer Science or closely related field.
2. Good use of Microsoft Excel
3. Excellent communications, presentations and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent command of English and Arabic languages.
5. Knowledge of Network infrastructure
6. 1 or more years of experience preferred doing network infrastructure work at a (Vendor, Distributor, System Integrator, Contractor, or Consultant) |
