Description:
  • Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for all Jobtology recruitment requests. 
  • Screening candidates over the phone to ensure that they are meeting the required criteria. 
  • Having initial interviews with candidates that passed the screening phase. 
  • Responsible for successful hiring for all recruitment requests by clients providing best fit candidates for required positions. 
  • Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end. 
  • Following up with the accepted candidates till their start date.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment.
  • Preferably worked in outsourcing agencies previously.
  • Passionate & interested to work as a recruiter.
