| Description: | Job Purpose Managing Saudi Arabia Infrastructure systems. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Managing and maintaining Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange. Managing end user technical support. Maintaining NBK-Saudi Arabia environment by applying all required patches. Ensure NBK-Saudi Arabia is secure by applying all IT/Security controls (Antivirus, Clients DLP, Phishme, Asset management & patch management software). Managing and maintaining mobile email system. Managing data center virtualization. Monitoring system health and ensure system working in excellent conditions. Ensure updating IT asset database. Patching users/servers with security patching. Continual infrastructure systems performance improvement. Implement security requirements. Day to day business user support and problem resolution. Handled assigned projects, tasks or activities. Responsible for Data Center health (Power, Cooling, Lightning, Humidity) |
