Description:	Implicate idea and detail of the design to completion, testing and handover. Identify the needs of the customer Research correct solutions and estimate timescale and costs. Monitor the product and improvise it for future features. Transform electromechanical drawings into design specifications, applying principles of engineering, thermal and fluid sciences, mathematics and statistics. Design Civil, and Arch works and assemblies. Specify, coordinate, or conduct quality-control or quality-assurance programs and procedures. Develop or implement programs related to the environmental impact of engineering activities. Produce Civil, and Arch drawings or other related documents or graphics necessary for Civil, and Arch design, using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Results-oriented with the ability to organize, prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage project schedules. Asses, review & validate elect mechanical drawings received from the consultant Price Civil drawings & BOQ. Negotiate subcontractors for best specs, functionally & price.
Qualifications:	Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil) 3 _ 5 years of experience Excellent English both spoken and written Excellent Computer Skills Comprehensive vision for the execution of plans High teamwork orientation to be able to effect cooperation among subordinates with diverse mentalities and performing different functions. Result orientation to be able to lead difficult projects and initiatives and achieve results even when faced with strong resistance
