Description:

Manage the entire process of the procurement plan, inventory control, and ensuring effective functioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities.

 
• Set principles and guidelines to ensure inventory in all operations sectors are kept as the agreed target to ensure the optimization of working capital 

• Monitor material costs forecasts or standard cost lists and assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials 

• Monitor supplier performance to assess the ability to meet quality and delivery requirements. 

• Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste. 

• Responsible for introducing process improvements in the supply chain and identify new vendors/suppliers without risking quality and service delivery. 

• Ensure full compliance presses for governmental and Health associations rules, regulations related to procurement policies and procedures.

 • Establish and implement a monitoring system that ensures the prices paid for purchase items are equivalent to market prices. 

• Develop and manage the list of suppliers, elaborate supplier selection, evaluation, quality, and performance measurement mechanisms, and set service level agreements for suppliers.

 • Ensures the integrity of the purchasing process and facilitates buyer examinations where necessary, and exercises appropriate judgment and tact while ensuring to protect confidential information. 

• Manage vendor contracts and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure completeness of deliverables outlined in the contracts 

• Maintain warehousing standards of health and safety, hygiene, security and enforce optimal warehousing operational policies and procedures

Qualifications:
