Main Job Duties:

Meet sales revenue targets, Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans by researching and analyzing potential prospects.

Based on cold and incoming calls requests Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them

Manage cold calls based on organized daily plan through CRM

Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices and summarizing orientation info on daily basis

Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients by providing information, guidance, support, recommending service and new opportunities. Also Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions and alternative options. (follow-up calls)

New leads may be generated through canvassing, cold calling, partner relationships. (Facebook, property finders, recommendations. etc.) and update all info on CRM in professional manner

Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. (Coordinate with clients and developer/owners) off plan and resale

Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information. (Projects orientation)

Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, payment plan and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing

Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close.

Promote sales through advertisements, and listing services

Working hours:

From 10 AM to 6 PM
Friday & Saturday OFF / maybe change based on performance

Qualifications:

Presentable
Bachelor degree
Excellent communication skills
Must own a car
At least 3 month real-estate sales experience
Good English skills
