Student Recruitment Advisor

General Responsibilities: 

The Student Recruitment Advisor will be, first and foremost, accountable for attracting top, profile-fit students to enroll at the University of Hertfordshire in Egypt through direct outreach efforts.

Duties:

• Represent UH-GAF in internal and external events during weekdays and weekend days, as requested.
• Do campus tours for prospective students and their parents.
• Make presentations on and off campus about UH-GAF on school campuses, exhibitions and events.
• Make inbound and outbound phone calls to guide and advise students about the UH different programmes and admission requirements and persuade them to make UH-GAF as the university of their choice.
• Be in direct contact with the assigned list of students and their parents to offer constant advice and support throughout the student recruitment process.
• Update student data on UH-GAF’s CRM software on a regular basis, including their contact information, lead status and enrollment updates.
• Liaise with the marketing communication and admissions department when required to provide coherent and consistent answers to requests and inquiries.
• Offer support and training to the Call Center team when required to ensure the relay of adequate and accurate information to interested students and parents.
