Description:	training ,supervising and appraising staff. dealing with customer complaints .  overseeing prices and stock control .  responsible for supervising  the staff include  (uniform , name tag , time attendance, performance with customers , preparing display  and deal with all staff issues .  meeting sales goals by training , motivating , mentoring and providing feedback to store staff. propose creative ideas to increase market share .  be a shining examples of well behavior and high performance .  complete store administration and ensure compliance with    polices and procedures .  sending reports about shortage in products to stock and suppliers   responsible about store expenses and close daily sales.  Follow up insert permission , extract permission and insert quantity products which come from stock to system.  responsible about attendance schedule .  responsible for doing monthly inventory works .
Qualifications:	Bachelor degree is a must  very good at using MS office . 32 years Max very good at English Essential: Bachelor’s DegreeStrong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.Attention to detailsGood English Language (Written and spoken).Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required.Deep product knowledge.Knowledge about brand standards.Previous experience in the industry/retail is a major plus2-3 years of experience holding the same role.Desirable: 1-2 years in a supervisory level, experience in retail is a plus.Good product knowledge and understanding of store operation procedures.Driving and achieving results.Developing and Motivating Others.Commercial understandingPlanning & OrganizingCustomer Focus Decision Making
